Mae's Angels is a NON PROFIT organization that is trying to make a SMALL differance in our world today. Mae's Angels is named after Elena Mae, my grandmother. She is currently in a nursing home and continues to smile as The Lord keeps her here. As I was going through my grandmas things, I found angel after angel and a TON of Christmas decorations. Christmas is a sesason of giving and angels symbolize love, protection and Gods continuing grace and forgiveness. It has been on my heart to start a "small" organization that can continually provide a "Christmas" season of giving every month. Every month, money from this organization will go toward funding someone or something in need.

April

April:
Mae's Angels provided a birthday bag full of goodies for one of Jansons track kids. This is a kid who does not live with his family and does not "recieve" gifts. We dropped it off at the front office of Ryan High School 4/20/11 and they delivered it to him during class.

Mae's Angels is also making a $25 donation to InvisibleChildren.com for the month of April

Get InvolvedHelp raise $25 for Invisible Children and pledge to stay silent beginning on April 24 at 7 p.m. Twenty-five hours later, Break the Silence events will be held in venues across 18 cities in the United States. If you would like to donate on Mae's Angels page you can go to the following link: http://www.stayclassy.org/member/ic-fundraising?fcid=107261

How it works:
Join the Invisible Children community
Create a personal fundraising page
Share your page with friends and family; raise $25
Go silent beginning on April 24 at 7 p.m.
Your $25 will be used to save lives by building:
Radio towers to bring a twice-daily security broadcast to isolated communities warning where the LRA have been and where they might be next
Search-and-rescue teams to locate children who have escaped from the LRA and return them home
The region's very first full-scale rehabilitation center with counseling for former child soldiers before they return to their families
Break your silence on April 25 at 8 p.m.
